Upcoming June Events

If you missed our latest episode of the Hot Seat, go ahead and click HERE to watch it. We introduced our new Exercise Physiologist, Angelo Esposito. Angelo is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He is coming to us from Athlete’s Addiction in Manassas, VA, where he was a trainer and helped individuals of all activity levels reach their peak performance level.

As May is coming to an end, we have a lot of new and exciting things coming up in June.

First thing is first, Angelo will be launching his new LEVEL UP program on June 10th. The LEVEL UP program is going to consist of three different levels:

LEVEL UP is designed for the youth and college age athletes to help them get an edge for the upcoming sports seasons.

LEVEL UP: WARRIOR is designed for those weekend warriors who sit behind a desk and put those 40 hour weeks in, then go tear it up on the weekends.

LEVEL UP: PLATINUM is for those active adults that are 55 and over, who are still killing out on the court, field, or in the gym.

LEVEL UP is designed with all these active people in mind, and aims to help improve speed, strength, endurance, power, prevent injuries, clean up form, and increase efficiency when performing exercises. The program will run for the entire summer, with two sessions per week on Monday and Wednesday, from 5pm to 6pm. The program will be $349.99, with a 10% discount for signing up multiple people for one month, signing up a single individual for multiple months, and a 20% discount for signing up two people for multiple months.

Physiologically speaking, it takes 6 to 8 weeks to build true strength and make a long-lasting change in the form that you have most likely been doing since you were a little kid. So, why not reap the discount and sign up for more then one month at a time? Not only will you save a little money, but you will also truly see the benefits that this program has to offer.

Also coming up in June is Father’s Day. To celebrate all those hard working men in our life, AID Performance Physical Therapy will be offering all dry needling packages at a 10% discount. So, act fast and get your packages today, before the offer ends! Our Pillowise pillows will also be $20 off, and will be sold at $130 for the month of June. These pillows are made of memory foam, and are customized to fit you. We measure your shoulder width, neck circumference and height, and take into account the firmness of your mattress and the position in which you sleep in order to get the perfect pillow for you!

We will also be doing Donuts for Dad during the month of June, so look out for a future email with the date!

Do not hesitate to call the office at 703-723-6758 or visit our website HERE to sign up for any of our upcoming programs, or to take advantage of the deals coming up in the month of June!

Stay tuned for the next episode of Hot Seat when I sit down with our new Physical Therapist, Caitlin Lucas!

And Happy Father’s Day to all of the hard-working dads out there from your AIDPPT family!
