What People Are Saying

Ashburn, VA

I worked with AID PPT through several injuries and each time I got back to running again in a few months. A lot of the AID PPT team are also runners so they understand us and our desire to get back to running as soon as possible injury free! They also worked on my running form to prevent future injuries.

Ashburn, VA

I came to AIDPPT because I had pain and inflammation in my hip adductor muscle due to a running injury. I found the team geared towards athletes and I quickly realized the therapists were all athletes themselves and therefore very reliable and familiar with typical running injuries. AIDPPT absolutely exceeded my expectations. When I came into the clinic I was 5 weeks away from my marathon and the staff knew how important this was to me and set me up a rehabilitation plan which worked.
