The concept of golf is as simple as hitting a golf ball into the hole with as few as strokes as possible... but those who play know it is not as simple as this.

 

Our Therapists are trained in the Titleist Performance Institutes philosophy of the golf swing: There are infinite ways to swing a golf club but there is only one efficient way to swing (for you), based on what you are physically able to do.

 

There are three things that lead to efficiency breakdowns:

  • Poor Mechanics
  • Poor conditioning
  • Poor equipment


The focus of AID Performance Golf is to assist in improving or correcting your physical (golf) conditioning.


We provide physical screens and movement evaluations in order to determine what areas of your body lack proper range of motion and flexibility.

 

Use the results of your physical screen to predict areas of muscle imbalance and weakness which would contribute to instability.

 

Video is used to analyze your golf swing and pin point swing faults otherwise known as mechanical breakdowns.

 

Produce an individualized golf specific strength, flexibility and conditioning program based on the results of your physical screening.

 

Customized web-based, video and pictures, golf fitness program with workout calendar.

 

Treatments include massage, joint mobilization, and stretching.

 

Individual or group evaluations and training sessions offered.
