AID Performance Physical Therapy

In May 2008, Virginia initiated a "Direct Access" law that enables a patient to seek a licensed physical therapist without a physician's referral. This new law recognizes that physical therapists certified to evaluate patients are best qualified to diagnose musculoskeletal dysfunctions and develop treatment plans.

AID Performance Physical Therapy was among the first to be certified under this new law. Our patients can choose to seek treatment directly, which means they get treatment sooner and recover more quickly.

During treatment, we will keep your physician informed of your progress toward recovery.
